Running for the Glory of God

Passion to run; passion to pray

Two joined together; as I run today

Prayer warrior; on a bended knee

All-Powerful God living in me

Holy Spirit giving me the words to pray

There’s power in the words we say

Thank You for being able to run

Thank You for the breathe in my lungs

Thank You for You’re beautiful creation on display

Thank You for being with me each new day

You go before me & make a way

Lifting up our community;

asking for unity

Believing in miracles, for my neighbors, our families & friends

Declaring Your promises until the end

Father, please set us free; break every chain

Bring Your prodigal children home again

Wholeness in our body, spirit, & mind

Restoration & healing of every kind

May our hearts be sifted;

& all our strongholds lifted

All in Jesus’ Precious Name

May we never again be the same

Prayers full of faith powerfully change

May peace, love, joy in our hearts & home only remain

May Your will be done;

Your kingdom come

All Powerful God living in me
