Anne took her eyes off heaven and ended up lost. Finding herself at a crossroads in her life, longing for a relationship with God, Anne needed to find her way back to Him. She wanted peace in her life. She missed the warmness in her heart, the glow in her children's eyes, and holiness that covered her with the presence of God. She needed to feel whole again.
Her heart, full of devotion, compelled her to journal and write letters to God. She began to pour out her heart and prayers in her journal. She wanted to be more like God, so she asked Him to help her, mold her, turn her upside down and inside out. Then came her first poem, "The Glory of God Please Shine Through Me." Her passion for God grew as she talked to Him about everything.
The Holy Spirit filled her heart and mind. As she began seeking God, the prayers in her journal transformed into words of poetry collected over the last decade. Her poetry is based on her life experiences, and strengthened by her journey of faith with God.
